March is one of our favorite months! More daylight! Warmer temps! Clear roads! (ok – sometimes) The “official” start of the racing season w/ Barry-Roubaix & Fisk Knob! March means that Spring is here (or a-l-m-o-s-t), that we made it through the Winter again, that soon we can pack away the trainers & the booties & and the embrocation & the heavy tights and just ……..ride! And ride we shall – read on………..
OUTDOOR RIDES: We’ve been at it all winter and we’re not gonna stop now! Our “off season” outdoor rides are all about defying the elements and having some fun – no pressure or worries about “keeping up”. Bundle up, lower your tire pressure & come along for the ride!

INDOOR RIDES: MC claims to have invented this whole notion of group trainer rides back in the mid ’80′s and as far as we know he might even be right. Regardless – we’ve been doin’ ‘em forever seems like and they are more popular than ever. This is the last month so if you’re thinkin’ you’re gonna – it’s time!
We provide the Training DVD’s, the TV, the fans and the company. You bring your bike and trainer. (You can store ‘em here if you want to)

Also – don’t forget our special “Fisk Knob TT Specific” 60 min workout on Tues @ 5:30 utilizing a DVD of the actual race course!
VELO YOGA! Our “yoga for cyclists” class was the first one offered around here and in all modesty we’re inclined to think that it’s the best! Here’s why:
Heather Allegrina had been an avid student and teacher of yoga when she took up road cycling in 2008. Once she took to the bike, she realized that her yoga practice could help improve her cycling performance. Allegrina developed her Velo Yoga class in 2009 to share her practice with some of her cycling friends, and the class has grown steadily. Her classes focus on developing core strength, increasing flexibility and developing calm and concentration — all skills that are important on the bike, and useful off the bike as well.
The original cycling yoga in the area – our VELO YOGA classes continue to grow in popularity. Now ably assisted by Joy Wilkin, Heather is constantly “tweaking” the class as her students develop.
Tuesdays from 7-8pm
$10 per class
