Weekly Rides –
We’re pretty proud of our Weekly Ride Menu as it epitomizes what we’re about as a shop. Join us!
The Tuesday Night Ride rolls @ 6:00pm every week. We offer at least 4 groups so there oughta be something for almost everyone. 20-30 miles and post-ride pizza on the last Tuesday of each month.
Thursday Morning Recovery Ride – 8:30 from the shop for 25 gentle miles to help race-weary legs recover. Bagels afterwards!
Thursday Night Lights Ride – 8:15pm from the shop. 30-45 miles as we enjoy the sunset and (hopefully!) moonrise. Lights required.
The Friday Morning Bagel Ride rolls @ 8:30 as well. 25-ish miles @ a 20-ish mph pace. Then it’s time for bagels @ The Good Earth!
The Saturday Morning Sprint Ride departs the front of the shop @ 8:00 for 25 fast miles and sprints for stop-ahead signs. Great way to check your fitness!
The Saturday Morning No-Sprint Ride rolls at the same time but leaves all that sprintin’ and sweatin’ to the fast folk and rolls at a “conversational” pace. (17-19mph)
